Refund Policy

Your complete happiness is very important to us at Bullfrog Pond Supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases within 30 days of receipt of your products, you may return your purchases to us at your expense for a full refund or exchange. The transaction will be credited upon inspection of the returned Merchandise.

How to return merchandise:

Within 30 days of receipt of your products contact us. We will gather some basic information from you, and provide shipping instructions. Merchandise should be placed back into its original packaging for return shipment.

Unused portions of bulk items (such as pond liner, underlay, flexible tubing, etc.) cannot be returned for any reason.
